The lizard and knights in Gobi do not show health bars. It does not show the number of monsters you have killed on your screen either. Usually when you are in the midst of a mob you can see the number of them you have killed on the lower right of your screen. Also you can not see the health for the bosses or these monsters. I am just making you aware of the problem.
