Rules Of Imperial Online (ImperialEO). You must agree to them before signing up for an account with us.
*** NOTE TO PLAYER **** Downloading and installing the client to the game, implies and is accepted that you "THE PLAYER" have read and understand the rules and policies and as such will comply to the rules of the server.
Honesty and communication is the key to establish an open dialog with staff and owner.
1: This is a family orientated game and we now have zero tolerance for cussing or abbreviating a cuss word in the broadcast system. Children play this game, lets keep it clean. Capital letters or shouting commands are not allowed and we request that be limited in the broadcast. Players are going to be warned (2) two times with no exception and includes any kind of whisper, chanting, BC or private chats. We will not tolerate insults towards a: Players race, sex, players family or sexual references. Depending on the severity of these whispers or BC (Broadcasts) it could result in an instant ban
2: English only in the broadcast this is solely so staff can help the players on the server however we allow open BC in any language as long as the communication, chatter, chants and broadcast is clean and players are following rules. ImperialEO family of Servers will have staff who are diverse and can effectively communicate with players. It is the Staff hopes too support over eleven languages and are recruiting to fill positions for those needs. You are also not to spam the broadcast consistently. Spamming consists of sending the same message back to back over a short period of time. You are able to BC multiple chats on going as long as there are other messages between your messages.
3: If you share an account and it gets hacked, items stolen and stuff removed from that account. Server and its staff will not be responsible for replacing your missing items. Account Sharing is not recommend and the responsibility of the player to keep things safe. There is no excuse for sharing accounts. NOTE TO PLAYERS OF SERVER: Items, gear, pets and goodies will not be replaced for a players ignorance and stupidity of giving another player your account information
4: No player is to be using any third party programs (Macros, Bots, Hacks, key loggers, and/or cheats of any kind) to play (ImperialEO) also known as Imperial Online. If the program isn't the client it self, you are not to be using it. Players are also not allowed to use any item to hold down the keys on their keyboard while they are not physically at the computer playing. If a player is identified as doing such.. First Offense is Jail 1 week, Second Offense is jail two weeks, Third Offense: Official Ban from server. Boting is not tolerated on this server and you will be punished according. If you can not follow the rules or willing to comply then play somewhere else.
5: Playing this Server, you as the player are prohibited to use any offensive name in your character and/or pet. If found and asked to change the name, you are required to do so. If you fail to do as asked, we will remove the pet from your character or change the name of the pet and your account with no warning. If you continue to use offensive language or words on the pets, those pets will be removed from the player
6: To protect the players, the staff and the families who play our server, we do not tolerate harassment of any kind to any player (Player, Staff, Owner). Anyone found to be harassing staff will deal with severe penalties including but not limited to being muted, jailed for more severe issues and for players out of control, possibility of being banned if players can not control themselves. No matter how made players get, keep it cool and be civil about how you speak to people, you wouldn't want us to talk to you or your family like that, please don’t treat players that way as well. Everyone can talk in a calm manner and is expected as such.
7. We are a multicultural Server, with players from all over the world. Server will host support personnel on each of the shifts for languages other than English. In order to meet the international players needs. The server will have support and flexibility to support staff of languages represented on this server including: Portuguese, English, Russian, Certain European dialects, Tagalog, Mayla, Arabic, Spanish and Chinese. Players are allowed to BC and communicate in their respected language as long as there is a mutual respect between all cultures and rules of conduct apply. (ANOTHER WORDS).. DO NOT USE CUSS words or fowl language no matter what language you are speaking. If there is not a STAFF who can not communicate in their respected language, the player has to be willing to able to communicate in English as the standardized Server language.
8. No player should have to put up with harassment. If you are asked by a player to stop talking to them, you are to cease right away. This means you are NOT to contact them in any form. This includes: whisper, talk, chatter, legion chats, friends, broadcast, banter, IM Services and/or friends talk to them for you.
9. Players are prohibited to insult a person based on: religion, race, gender, physical appearance, sexual orientation or Donation status.
10. All staff have main characters, and they are allowed to pk whomever they want on their main/mortal acct only. While on a main/mortal account, all staff have the same rules as players and will adhere to them including but not limited to upholding rules of server, professionalism, conduct, BC chants, and rules and policies enforced as they uphold while supporting the server when they are on duty. *** Staff are not allowed to PK on their GM/PM accounts if a player holds a position of entitlement. GH accounts are the players primary account and are allowed to PK as they would as a normal player.
11. Advertising our server on any other server, or advertising for another server on our server is prohibited and will be dealt with according.
12. Selling of game items or accounts on our server for items or accounts on other servers, this includes the official servers is prohibited. Players are not allowed to sell, trade or exchange account or its contents for real money or provisional means of funds from the EO family of games. Accounts identified are going to be dealt with according.

- 1st time 24hr mute,
- 2nd time 7 day mute,
- 3rd time perm – Discretion of owner, If your language is so foul the first time we will go directly to punishment #3.
